Stop the Authoritarian Billionaire Budget

It’s so brazen that you almost can’t believe it’s true. But the words are written before our very eyes:

“No court of the United States may use appropriated funds to enforce a contempt citation for failure to comply with an injunction or temporary restraining order…”

Make no mistake: This means that if the Trump administration defies a court order, judges would be prohibited from enforcing it. This is more than a budget. It’s a blueprint for authoritarian rule.

The bill also slashes Medicaid and food assistance to pay for nearly $5 trillion in tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy – the largest upward wealth transfer in American history – while pairing it with the voter suppression-packed SAVE Act.
