New York, NY – Today, members of the Workers Circle voted to elect Bradley Alter, Judy Fishman, Malky Goldman, and Lewis Jones to the Board of Directors. Each has been elected to serve three-year terms.
“I am delighted to congratulate Bradley, Judy, Malky, and Lewis on their election to our Board. I look forward to partnering with them and the entire Board to fight back against anti-democratic forces that are hard at work across our country,” said Ann Toback, Chief Executive Officer of the Workers Circle. “There is much work to do to protect the hard-won freedoms we have secured and expand the rights afforded to us all. This group of Board members is well-equipped to help us move our mission forward.” They are also a group that is well-connected to our Yiddish culture and history. It is exciting to be adding a Yiddish activist as well as a member with a background in Yiddish historical research onto our Board.
“I am excited to welcome Bradley, Judy, Malky, and Lewis to the Board of Directors,” said Zeev Dagan, President of the Workers Circle. “This dedicated group will play an integral part in both the social justice and Jewish cultural work ahead, and I look forward to working with them. It is indeed an exciting time for our organization, and this Board is well-positioned to support the crucial work ahead.”
